What is the Community Care Program?

The Community Care Program provides reduced-fee chiropractic services for a defined period of time for patients who meet income-based eligibility guidelines.

Community Care services are provided outside of insurance and cannot be combined with insurance billing under any circumstances.

Community Care services are applicable to Chiropractic Care only.

The application process is simple, confidential, and reviewed thoughtfully by our team.

All Community Care visits are self-pay and are not billed to insurance.
